Payment in full is required at the time a Meeting or Training Space is booked. We realize plans can change and we want to work with you to make sure you have the best meeting possible. Please read the following cancellation policy and contact us with any questions:
Meeters may cancel a reservation until 7 days (1 week) before the meeting start time and receive a full refund of their Meeting or Training Space Cost.
Meeters may reschedule a Meeting (based on availability) without penalty at any time until 48 hours before the reservation start time. If the value of the reservation has changed, then the balance due/refund due to the customer will be executed at the time of the rebooking.
Meeters may cancel their reservation between 7 days and 48 hours before the meeting start time and receive a 50% refund of their Meeting Space cost.
Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the Meeting start time may not be rescheduled, are not refundable.
